Try and use the bow pasta where possible but if you need to you can use the shells. Just be warnedthat the shells can stick together.
Ingredients
300 grams pasta bow ties
3 garlic cloves
250 grams red cherry tomatoes
1 yellow capsicum
handful pitted black olives
2 tablespoons fresh chives
1 handful fresh basil
1/2 a cucumber, diced
2-3 spring onions, finely sliced
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 small tins of smoked tuna
salt and pepper to season
Method
Cook pasta and garlic, drain and rinse under cold water. Reserve the garlic cloves.
Add the other ingredients to the pasta and stir to combine.
Crush the garlic and add to the vinegar, oil and seasoning.
Drizzle over the salad.
