I do not know anyone who does not like passionfruit. Butit is expensiv and ephemeral. One minute its in the shops and the next they are going.
My research shows there are a few different ways to preserve the pulp
Method 1 - Freezing
Several references show that passion fruit can be frozen whole.
Method 2 - Preserved in sugar.
The most common way seems to be to mix equal quantities of pulp and sugar and store in the fridge, shaking the jar several times a day for the first few days. Or bring the mix to the boil for 5 minutes, pack in sterile jars as per normal. Shelf stable.
Method 3 - Preserved in vodka
This method is to cover the pulp in vodka and keep in the fridge
